(Ammunition or Firearms can not be shipped and must be picked up in store).
Returns
Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. Happy Hooker Outdoors will provide a replacement item (pending inspection of item substantiates claim, and item availability) upon our receipt. Happy Hooker Outdoors will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, Users need to file a claim with the carrier. If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the shop at 419-898-9676 to request a return process initiation.

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the purchase. Once a firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a refund or return of a firearm, or Ammunition, once they have been transferred into your possession. We DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on any items ordered via any other FFL Dealer and Transferred through Happy Hooker Outdoors. items. Any defective firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you avoid the unnecessary transfer fees. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE FIREARMS DIRECTLY TO Happy Hooker Outdoors.
