Fishing remains Good with little changes in patterns. Crawler rigs, True-Trips and Spoons, Rattle Tots and Flicker Minnows continue leading the charge. Bandits are pulling fish again as well. Speed and depth continue to be more important than colors, as we continue to hear every color combo under the sun. It’s just continues to be a great year to fish and all signs point to that trend to continue.
Trollers: 2.5 ~ 2.8mph is a good starting point and vary that until you find what works for you. Right out front in , 12~16 FOW, all the way across from G Can past K and Locust down past Crane Creek getting good reports. Cone/Flatrock Reef, Gravel Pit to the Turnaround Buoy still holding fish, Picket Fence, G and H Cans areas all getting some good reports.
Drifters: G can, Picket fence, and right out in front of the Moose. Reports Early morning and late evening bites seem to be the best..
Fishing remains great.
A, B and D Cans were all getting very good reports and fish have been large. Reports from the Intake and Gravel Pit as well. To the East, Green and Rattlesnake have been good. Fish have been very nice size.
Most reports are that they seem to be liking cut minnows as apposed to whole minnows so try a few of each till you see what they want.
