Fishing  Reports:

Walleye Reports

Fishing continues to be great, few have struggled but most continue pulling limits with some work when they can get out. The crawler bite continues to be good and the trollers are running a lot of different areas and programs and doing good as well.

Trollers

The fishing has been pretty consistent. Reports came from both deep water out around B Can, North of the Island, and the Gravel Pit on Bandits and Jets and Spoons. Bandits are leading the pack out in the deeper water lines, Jets and Spoons are in the mix, and Bay Rats being mentioned as well. The inside bite seems to be still holding up off Crane Creek and down towards Minkies on Rattle Tots and Flicker Minnows in 15 to 21 foot of water.  Still seems to be a variety of colors pulling fish, a lot of metallic colors.

Drifters

The crawler harness bite continues to be good, hearing a lot of talk about the same areas as the trollers, and also East over around Green. Some still casting that inside bite from H Can to Crane Creek, and also out around Niagara and Big Pick as well. Variety of colors mentioned, but good old Golds and Purples still seem to lead the pack. Things continue to be looking good.

Perch:

Best reports lately have been from the Intake as well as some reports from A or B Cans and Kelly’s as well. Starting to get a few more reports but there are still not many out there dropping the anchor yet. .

Congrats to the crew from Bibbs Taxidermy on another great day on the lake with a bonus Big Catfish…
