Fishing  Reports:

Walleye Reports

Fishing continues to be great, and most are pulling quick limits. We expect that pattern to continue. The crawler bite continues to be great and the trollers are running a lot of different areas and programs and doing great.

Trollers

The majority of folks are still heading North of  B Can,  and north of the Island, 32 to 34 foot of water from Northwest side of the Island in 32 ~34 foot of water. Although they drove past the best fishing today as Crane Creek, K Can and H Can were all on fire from what we heard.

Jets and Spoons and Rattle Tots sound l;ike what most were doing on that inside bite, and some pulled Flicker Minnows, and Tail dancers, as well. Still seems to be a variety of colors pulling fish, a lot of metallic colors.

Drifters

The crawler harness bite continues to be great, hearing a lot of talk about B Can H Can and Crane Creek and also out around Niagara as well. Variety of colors mentioned, but good old Golds and Purples still seem to lead the pack. Things are looking good. With the Mayfly hatches in full swing it would be hard for me to leave the Crane Creek area.

Perch:

Best reports so far have been from A Can and have gotten some reports from Niagara as well. Hearing of limits starting to come in. The walleye fishing being so good has kept most from starting to perch fish but it sounds like that may be starting to change with freezers getting full of walleye.

Congrats to the crew and customers of The Reel Easy on another great trip….
