4/9/18 Fishing Report

Fishing  Reports:

Walleye Reports

Good Reports coming from many areas most have had good days lately with nice limits coming fast even with the wind. Lake is still mudded up some and good in other areas, has not seemed to bother anything, so look for things to keep improving if the weather cooperates

Trollers

South of B to C can line across the north side of the reef complex has been very good. had some good reports from  Cone and Crib areas as well. Reports from yesterday had a lot of fish stacked around Cone again

Bandits 35 to 75 feet back at 1.6 to 2.0mph seems to be the range we are hearing the most about. Also some reports of P 10’s on a 30/30 program. Still seems to be a variety of colors with Metallic colors in the cleaner water and dark colors in the muddy water, no set color has been setting the pace.

Drifters

Reports have been great for jigging as well and it sounds like it continued to be fast today if you could keep your drift speed down. Crib, Cone Toussainte, Locust and Little Pick are getting the most attention, fish were on all of them again yesterday..  Hair jigs, and Captain Jays Blades seem to be the ticket now and both are working great.

Perch:

A few reports from Crane reef, not fast but pulled some fish also a couple reports from south of B Can

Crappie:

A few Reports from local creeks, sounds like they are still a bit slow but picking up.
