4/3/19 Fishing Report
Yesterday was a tough bite for most. The blow has things slowed up and fish not cooperating. Things should start to improve as weather stabilizes. Mud lines have been pushed farther East by current and winds which will help clear things up some.
Crane reef F and G Cans will be the first to start to clear so should be a good place to start.
Bandits 35 to 85 feet back at 1 to 1.8 mph seems to be the most popular program. Metallic colors in the cleaner water and dark colors in the muddy water.
Reports have been good for jigging. Hearing much the same stories recently, fishing is on…..
Some reports starting to come in from right out front in 12 to 18 feet of water. Crib, Cone and Little Pick are getting the most attention, fish were stacked around crib yesterday. Hair jigs, Swedish Pimples, and Jigging Raps all working.
A few reports from “A” can and Crane reef, not fast but pulled some fish
A few Reports from local creeks, sounds like they are starting to fire up.
