NO REPORTS LAST FEW DAYS WITH THE WINDS AND RAIN
Night bite and the bite off the rocks at Catawba and Marblehead still going. Trolling bite sounds like it is still good. and some have reported catching fish in tight and off the reefs.
Trollers: Spoon Harnesses, Spoons, and Bay Rat Long Extra Deeps are leading the charge and a variety of colors are pulling fish. Still running North of B Can, North of Cone, Picket Fence, and the Huron bite is still good. Look for the shoreline and tops of the reefs to start producing if we ever get decent weather.
Casters and Drifters: Night Bite and just off the rocks around Catawba and Marblehead has picked up. That usually signals the night bite on top the reefs is getting close. Shallow Bandits and Ripsticks are the ticket for that job. Darker colors when the water is dirty but as it clears and we have some moon throw the metalics and chromes at them.
Still hit or miss and mother nature has not been kind. The best reports still coming from L can, just west of Turtle Creek in 8~16fow, Crib reef, and Big Pickeral reef. A and B cans continue to hang on and improve. The water temp continues to drop which should keep them going. Sounds like fish continue to be large with few throwbacks and not a ton of junk. Try cutting minnows in pieces and small moves with the anchor line from time to time.
