Fishing Reports:

Ice Reports:

The Damned SW winds are creating a lot of movement out there and  things are very inconsistent.

Catawba: The airboats are running, and some are venturing back out on foot but not running machines.

Port Clinton: Some are walking out, there is a lot of shove ice piled along the south shore

East Harbor and Sandusky Bay: Reports are there is fishable ice and conditions are good, stay well clear of the main channels as they are still open in spots.

Crane Creek, and Ottawa: That ice has been pushed back out and it’s open water again.

Fishing has been inconsistent but more good than bad. Seem to be pulling a lot of 17~21 inch fish and the action can vary depending on location. Don’t waste time in an unproductive area too long as they do not seem to be moving a lot. Move find some fish and then sit on them and work them.

Sandusky Bay and Catawba fishermen have reported pulling decent perch catches and it seems to be improving, and we expect that to continue to improve with ice conditions

There are lots of guys fishing East Harbor. Fishing has been improving in East Harbor and ice conditions are good.

Fishing has been very good in East Harbor and ice conditions are good.
