Lodging Terms and pricing 2018 season:
Rates are $150.00 per night $750.00 per week
$75.00 dep for nightly rental (1-3 nights) $150.00 dep for weekly (4 nights & up)
- ABSOLUTELY NO FISH CLEANING IN CABIN
- NO SMOKING IN CABIN
- Check in time 4:00pm on day of arrival.
- Check out time is 9:00am on day of departure.
- Unit will not be cleaned during your stay unless requested.
- If additional cleaning requested, an addition fee will be charged.
- Sheets, pillows, are provided.
- Basic pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, and dishes are provided.
- Unit has Coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, 42’ flat screen TV, & charcoal grill.
- Please provide your own
- Bedding (other than sheets, pillowcases)
- Lawn chairs & outdoor cooking equipment
- Charcoal & lighter fluid
- Any Damage is responsibility of the renter.
